    Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes. Please double-check your order before confirming the purchase. Still you can contact us for Post-Order Change Request. We will try our best to fulfill your requested changes
  • How long will it take for my order to be processed?
    All NY Minimalist styles are carefully handmade in our NYC Studio. Since each piece is made-to-order, we kindly ask that you allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order. If you need to meet a certain deadline or need expedited shipping, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please email us at customercare@nyminimalist.com
  • Can I cancel my order, and what is the cancellation process?
    Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service with your order number. A cancellation fee may apply.
  • How do special orders or custom orders work?
    Absolutely, we love working on special orders and custom work. If you have a vision of a special jewelry design that you'd like brought to life, please submit a request on our Customization Service Page to get a no obligation quote.
  • How do I place an order on NY Minimalist's website?
    To place an order, simply browse our website, select the desired items, and add them to your Bag. Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping information, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. Start Exploring Here.
  • Is Signature Required Upon Delivery?
    Your purchase is likely to be an expensive one. We require signatures for orders above $500. We would hate for your order to get lost in transit. If you for some reason you would like to waive this option, please email us at customercare@nyminimalist.com
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's site.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, we provide international shipping. International shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination.
  • International Taxes & Duties
    You may be required to pay VAT/Import fee before your package is delivered. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Do you ship to PO Boxes?
    Yes we do ship to PO Boxes. However, if your order is above $500 and signature is required, we cannot ship to a PO BOX.

    Standard Shipping: Free (3-5 Business Days Delivery After Dispatch) FedEx 2-Day Shipping: $14.50 (Delivery in 2 Business Days After Dispatch) Overnight Shipping: $42.50 (Delivery in 1 Business Day After Dispatch) Each order is specially made for you after the order has been placed. We ask that you allow us 7-10 Business Days (excluding weekends) to make and ship each order. All shipping transit times are calculated after the order has been shipped.
  • How do I initiate a return?

  • Can I return an item purchased on sale or during a promotion?
    Sale and promotional items are generally final sale and may not be eligible for return. Please review the specific terms of the promotion or sale for details.
  • What is your return policy?
    Returns We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact us within: 5 days of delivery, and ship items back to us within: 14 days of delivery. The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or exchanges for:· Custom or personalized orders · Full Eternity Bands · Items on Sale · Items purchased during Sales Events Conditions of Return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.

    For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured trackable courier & retain your receipt. NY Minimalist is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items.
